Ok I've hit this issue before, a while back (regarding s4 not producing
a complete stage4 compiler) but never really looked into it, I have some
more queries;
* What are the contents
of: /etc/portage/package.*/cross-armv4tl-softfloat-linux-gnueabi
* Whats the output of: emerge --info -v
