hi there,
i'm trying to develop a small firewall with gnap for wrap boxes
(www.pc-engines.ch).

i want to config simple stuff like dhcp and ip's over a web interface.

which gnap version should i take? (i tried 2.0 for now)
did anyone sucessfully built a webserver with a cgi language?

i tried to build the haserl extensions from overlays but it always
failed complaing about haserl being masked.
(i added www-apps/haserl ~x86 to portage_confdir/package.keywords)

what else should be considered?

thanks!
yannick

I got haserl running against busybox httpd and mini_httpd.

I have looked at appWeb too (there is a crude ebuild in bugzilla). I
think the problem with appWeb is you dont get root access to filesystem.

uclibc-bering has a working webconf. You might be able to port it.

The author of uclibc-bering webconf (and haserl) is working on a new
webconf for the gentoo based alpinelinux these days.
http://alpinelinux.org You will most likely be able to reuse stuff from
there.
