Hi all,

Kepler seems to be a good platform if you are developing web on
embedded. http://www.keplerproject.org/

Does anybody have ebuilds for the kepler web development framework?

Is there some other frameworks that should be considered for web on
embedded?

I have looked into it, the makefiles are in very bad shape there ;-(
possible USE flags: expat zip(requires zziplib) ldap postgres mysql
sqlite(3) oracle (probably only one of the sql dbs is supported) apache2
(mod2 launcher) fastcgi (fastcgi launcher) java (servlet launcher)

The lua package in gentoo should also provide bin2c needed by some of the
launchers (cd ${S}; emake -C etc bin2c; cp etc/bin2c ${D}/usr/bin/)

Yes. Thats why I asked here and not just made an ebuild myself.

I have actually given up kepler for now. Seems like
haserl/haserldb/shell will bring us far enough. If it doesnt, we might
add some lua.

Thanks!
