per=F2 puoi provare ad aggiungergli questi 2 parametri:
--header=3D'Accept:application/xml' --header=3D'Accept-Charset:utf8'
cos=EC indichi che non sai interpretare altro che xml e che ti aspetti=20
utf8 come charset

se ho ben capito il progetto serve a "scovare" quali sono le traduzioni=20
disallineate dall'inglese e di quanto sono disallineate
