Ho un dubbio su come tradurre le prime parole di questa frase:

"The whole point of these ebuilds is that you can have both PHP4 and PHP5 
installed at the same time:"

Come si può tradurre "The whole point"?

Credo che l'autore di questo documento voleva dire: il motivo per cui
sono nati questi ebuild è che si vuole garantire la possibilità di
avere contemporaneamente installati sia php4 che php5.
