Currently the devmanual git repository contains the history (converted
from subversion) back to 2006-02-20, but apart from two snapshots in
July and August 2005, we don't have anything from before. The wayback
machine has only an incomplete archive of the generated html [1].
Can anybody help? Any information about an early source code repository
or even snapshots of the sources would be welcome. Note that the sources
at the time would still be in reStructuredText (*.rst).
