I would be against removing this pkg except that it is true that it 
depends on a Scala interpreter on runtime, very weird design choice.

So yes, all those pkgs have to go at once.

FYI: app-emacs/scala-ts-mode may be an alternative.

@Volkmar: You may want to adjust the last-rite message so that it points 
out app-emacs/scala-ts-mode as alternative to app-emacs/scala-mode.

It is an optional feature which is only needed for running the Scala
interpreter with scala-run-scala.

I have dropped the dependency and the mask for app-emacs/scala-mode.
