[gentoo-dev] bouncer.gentoo.org mangling URLs

It looks like bouncer.gentoo.org is mangling the + in the original URL and converting it into a space. This also happens when I try wget and using chrome to hit the URL directly.

I'm trying the following:

$ curl -Li https://bouncer.gentoo.org/fetch/root/all/releases/amd64/autobuilds/latest-stage3-amd64-hardened+nomultilib.txt

Was there an update pushed recently to bounder.gentoo.org?

Yes, there was a recent change to it, moving between hosts.
