dev-perl/MogileFS-Server requires a consistent user over multiple hosts
for running a distributed storage system. The failure model of the
system is such that moving the single disk over to another should be all
that's required to move a copy data in the original host is not
recoverable.

Changing the UID on a production system would require chown of millions
of files, so I'm hoping the 460 assignment can be continued.

As a note, the Debian package using a single UID, while the CentOS
packaging uses two distinct users to separate the daemons mogilefsd vs
mogstored.
