I'd add:
"successfully upgraded to dev-db/mariadb:10.6 already during a short
time period. [Link 1]." to make it clearer this doesn't concern
absolutely everyone.
v3 LGTM regardless of that addition. More comments, more acks to get
this merged even possibly tonight (UTC)? Anyone from PR?
