nvidia-driver.eclass: mark as @DEAD

No consumers left in the Gentoo ebuild repository, nvidia-drivers
ebuilds now re-implement these functions without an exclusive eclass.

Other consumers should do the same but may want to skip the legacy
test for simplicity (new method only usable on >=450 drivers).

Removal on 2021-05-21.
