To inform those of you that are asking this question,
Recently we suffered some migrations issues of bugs.gentoo.org.
It was in our hopes that we could solve the attachment bugs during the
migrate which was proven to be unsuccessful. In debugging these errors
we came across even more bugs with bugzilla that were left untouched for
the longest time. In the migration we had to restore the bugs database
hence the loss of 6 hours worth of bugs last Thursday. Also it could not
do attachments and would not send emails. On Monday we upgraded to the
CVS version of bugzilla, Attachments are fixed, all the bugs that had
broken Resolved status are now set to OPEN and devs should be getting an
email regarding new open bugs. Just resolve them and put Resolution
Status. Numerous other problems were fixed with bugzilla, the last
remaining bug, mail delay bug is being worked on. I will inform you of
updates when it is fixed.

Thanks,
Benjamin Coles

The email bug has been solved, you will now get an email promptly,
lets take the time to thank Robert Coie "rac" for bearing the pain of my
30 additional comments on bug #16104 trying to figure this issue out. In
the future we'll try to keep you better posted of events such as these.
