I was able to reproduce it on IE5,6(latest), konqueror and lynx from mac OSX, windows and linux. I also experienced it using different providers, so I'm absolutely certain it isn't provider or settings-related. Screenshots are available from http://www.gentoo.org/~pvdabeel/ cvs.gentoo.org seems to work always for me.
