Hi,

Gentoo Sparc 1.1a has been released!

It's been a hectic week :). I still have some fixes to publish for the 
linux-headers, when I'm confident about them I'll check it in as
sys-kernel/linux-headers/port-linux-2.4.18

And you can take a look. A sed script has been included in the stage1
that does the fixes for now. Make sure you set the right 
/etc/make.profile and you're go! The documentation is in the 
README.maintainer.

Hi Maarten,
	Thanks for getting this out. I've been looking forward to it. Do
you have directions on getting started? I was only able to find the
tarballs for the different stages. Is there a boot disc available
somewhere to get started or do you require doing this from inside
another OS?

Hi,

We only have a stage1 out there, instructions in the tarball. Do you want 
to join up and pump out images regularly? Frankly I'll not waste my time 
publishing too many images for now but rather make sure every build can be 
automated and everything works OK.
