First of all there are a lot of questions to answer:

- Who can do the certification?
- What must be done to become certified?
- What hardwaretypes will IBM offer?
- Will the hardware stay at IBM or somewhere else?

Aside all IBM customers should request support for Gentoo from IBM because they'll only take this serious if many customers request support.
