Dear Gentoo Users,

The default script for pcmcia i.e /etc/init.d/pcmcia does not start loopback 
i.e lo

so here is a modified script to start loopback on pcmcia network 
initialisation

Please copy  the file attached below to /etc/rc.d/init.d/
