so where am i to post question and comments, -dev or -users. Web site says here but now there are complaints. looking at the history of this post there have been many install posts in the last few months. mybe the sight needs updated?

As someone allready noticed on the list, user questions are directed to
gentoo-dev@gentoo.org on the website, might be a cause. But I do agree
