Why is the gentoo-qt version build with exceptions? There is a messages in
the configure process that it's better to disable...

If that's what the trolltech people recommend, then it makes sense to disable
them; but I'd like to get Achim's input on this first.

Can we also add QT-Designer with KDE-support if QT will be updated for this
user? I like KDevelop to style gui-applications and want it to support kde.
We need the KDE-Libs first. Is there a posibility to rebuild qt with
KDE-support when I want emerge kdevelop-1.4.x?

Maybe it's possible to separate qt-designer from the qt package, then it
should be easy to add kde support.
Otherwise we whould have a circular dependencie, which we can not handle
at the moment.
