It depends on the Celeron. IIRC the Celerons up to 533MHz are based on the P2 core, the Celerons from there
up to 1GHz are based on the P3 core and the Celerons over that are based on the P4 core. Their the same
as the chip their based off of but with about 1/2 the on die cache and the FSB is clocked slower.
