I'm not sure about this but if I'm wrong please correct me. Make sure that you have either kernel-headers or kernel-sources. /usr/include/linux should be a link to /usr/src/linux/include/linux. If you have /usr/src/linux/include/linux but not /usr/include/linux you can make this symlink manually. * Become root * cd /usr/include * ln -s /usr/src/linux/include/linux This should solve both problems (2) and (3).
