KDE and OLPC are looking towards hierarchical tags as the future of
content management. People don't really use folders, they use tags:
"Holidays" > "2008" > "Switzerland"
"Open Source" > "Gentoo" > "portage"

Aren't tags _made_ to be many-to-many?
