Do we really want developers to just add USE-flags by themselfs? I'd
rather see that if a developer needs a new USE-flag he sends an email
to the list requesting that USE-flag (or perhaps directly to Drobbins
or Achim). This way we'll have a more controlled way of adding
USE-flags and the USE-flag and a description can be added where it
should be.
I do however see a really good use for your script and that is being
able to produce a list of which packages uses which USE-flags. This
can be a nice feature for users unsure of what will happend if they
enable a USE-flag.
