Subject: [gentoo-dev] doman doesn't read .gz
Date: Wed Jul 18 00:55:02 2001 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <62525.63.204.248.117.995439488.squirrel@www.portablehole.net> (raw)
Hi,
In playing with making my own ebuilds (to be shared once I learn how to
make them work), it was discovered that already-gziped man files get
placed into /usr/share/man/mang.
Temporary workaround:
gunzip the manfile in the ebuild script before running doman.
