this whole thread started out about the quality of the bug reports. However... 
Seriously, with the insistence to keep your setup closed-source, you are not 
helping your case. 

If you want this to be an in any way official Gentoo project, you'll have to 
stick to the Gentoo social contract just like everyone else.
