being distributed as part of the kernel, or even with the kernel; it's
being distributed separately right?
When these particular firmwares were being distributed in-kernel, the
license would've been fine.. The license needs to be adjusted to
replace "as part of" with "for use with" or some similar change.
My interpretation of this is the concern you had also, ulm? Apologies
for jumping in without fully reading the backlog (it seems to have
been going on for days)
