During their spare time, yes, as far as I can tell (but obviously I'm not a lawyer). Usually that matter is settled with the employment contract you sign (or otherwise with a specific agreement for contractual work). As far as I can tell in neither case you're losing your "author's rights", but you're giving the company the ability to do what they want with the code. Again, this should be handled through the Foundation, so ask the Trustees or if you don't want to, ask FSFe or SFLC. --=20 Diego Elio Petten=C3=B2 =E2=80=94 Flameeyes flameeyes@flameeyes.eu =E2=80=94 http://blog.flameeyes.eu/ --------------enig1C967B4123246FECC7D0FC5E Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.19 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJQqriAAAoJEBqCrVe7WSRDzeIH/2wsj94pdNp+iuwGk1CNMYvZ sg53LmuqDlN/+IakMkAxjjV3tzXtCaD0ytLEItiXG8O/g3ewE4VjJ9VamLbzjm4q y/KbkYgg7IYJMHSOFHxZtRxMWagN26SMXG99IOzBoS8AngK8uAmYaYOenmE4CBjK oWHZNlKkNVoh3AFpjDCZzWPY4XaiZMgkSedmC8T7UlkvYXpTyx0TabHCUTdURjSM 6yQFav58Cbb8ZqfbO+A2kD7ZjzqO/BnPj2/PCv/Ue/a9Nps4ZEEGa4WwP6zGBtDj Ag9IgLsfP09ZLppyTt9jNWeFZOWMIFI1byHpWb/bz43otaDiaxai140AsaJYrFo= =8rYX -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enig1C967B4123246FECC7D0FC5E--
