Hello, everyone.

I have the pleasure to announce that we've finished working on both
the specification and implementation of EAPI 8, for Portage and PkgCore.
If everything goes as planned (which primarily means Zac reviews
the patches), EAPI 8 should be ready for approval on the next Council
meeting.

This is also the final call for feedback and comments.  If you have any
additional *tiny* ideas for EAPI 8, this is the time to speak up.
