Hi folks,

I've been doing some more mucking with the Bugzilla code and setup, and
I think I've got most of the issues worked out that previously prevented
it from being fully load balanced.

So, please test at:
http://bugs-web-lb.gentoo.org/
HTTP and HTTPS available.

Thanks to Ramon@Hyves for the idea of the solution - he suggested it
months ago, I just had to apply it on a non-conventional way.

Thanks for your work. I see that it has been made the default now.
Seems more responsive in general, with the added redundancy bonus!
