We've restructured the council page results in the elections project
space. The master ballot[1] and the results[2] have now been added. The
nominees[3] page was moved. We plan to add some index pages with links
to the elections files and some general pages with documents about the
organization of an election soon.

There were 124 votes casted for this election out of a total of 248
eligible developers, meaning we had an even 50% turnout.
