Hey all,

We're currently at 52 out of 131 categories converted which puts us at 
just shy of 40%. Only these 52 categories are currently being 
auto-generated since the script works on a per category basis.

I'd still like thank everyone that's been updating individual packages 
to use GLEP 56 since you're making entire category conversions quicker.

I'm attaching the current wrapper script I use to generate 
use.local.desc. I'll run this at least once a day during the week. I'm 
rarely at my commit machine on the weekends so if someone else wants to 
run it on the weekends, that'll be good.

Before anyone asks, yes I've asked infra to run this and as per infra.. 
they're waiting until 100% of the conversion is done and they don't have 
to run a wrapper script.

After my long commit fest tonight I am proud to announce we're down to 
only 10% of the tree (not package wise but category wise). The following 
categories are the remaining ones left to convert. If anyone's feeling 
ambitious and wants to pound one or two out. Go for it. Just make sure 
you check use.local.desc first to make sure no one else did it already.

For those wondering (or too lazy to count), the tree has 150 categories 
currently with 131 containing local USE flags (after cleaning up all the 
stale USE flags). So below are the remaining 15 categories.

tree, along with some help from jer.

For anybody that didn't see me change the topic in #gentoo-dev, the CVS
server-side automation is enabled now, and manual commits to
use.local.desc are blocked.

The cronjob runs at 07,27,47 in every hour.
