Right now we have one reported kernel regression: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197264 but I expect this to be fixed in advance. If more come up, they will potentially delay the above stabling, but hopefully we'll fix them all quick enough that we can stick to the above date. Regressions related to packages unrelated to the kernel itself are tracked here: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=195298 I'll be going through these soon and helping out where I can, but ultimately it's up to the maintainers to actually fix these in the stable tree, and open bugs there are unlikely to hold up any kernel stabling.
