You should do also this (mockup):
 * dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.5.0.5: package has RESTRICT="fetch/(no)mirror"!
 * dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.5.0.5: it may not be legal to redistribute this.
 * Building package for dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.5.0.5 ...
