You can reach devrel at devrel@gentoo.org and on their mailing list, gentoo-devrel@gentoo.org You disagree with the suspension and want to do something about it. Please contact your local council member at username@gentoo.org, or council@gentoo.org, or gentoo-council@gentoo.org (the last is a mailing list). Note that gentoo-dev@gentoo.org was not mentioned once, since it is for development.
