Around 300, by Josh and me. The number of packages is completely
irrelevant on its own, you need to combine it with the amount of work
per package to get anything that matters.

It would be more useful to figure out which packages are
"packager-intensive," because those are the big time sinks or the things
that require at least one full-time developer to maintain.
