What sense would DEPEND=3D"&net-dialup/ppp" have in a context of an ebuild. It certainly don't specify the necessity of package rebuild whenever net-dialup/ppp version is changed. Unless you save the specific compatibility version of the net-dialup/ppp used by net-dialup/pptpd for building the package, I don't see how can it help me. Judging after /var/db/pkg content, I have no such information. --------------enigD812AA0C7785F5ED2D37E83C Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFEsjIozkEeOnWD00RAiE+AJ4pYEI2WWt7ZIGXoAAzNcq55wwXywCfVit8 XPsPlX2t8+fOGNZzTnh2Moo= =24Re -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enigD812AA0C7785F5ED2D37E83C-- -- gentoo-dev@gentoo.org mailing list
