Although switching away from cvs is one of the many topics of this mail (and if you want a foundation for some of the others), it is not the only one. I would like to hear more on changing how we vote (unless you all really like how voting is done now, be it problem resolution or technical innovation), more on developer growth (we should be an open inviting community) and why you think stricter test make for better developers, why you think harder tests would cut down more on the quick in and out people. I don't just mean to hear the "hells no"s also the "hells yeah"s, especially those that are just reading and then thinking it.
