cdrx is unmaintained upstream for a few years now, does not have a
Gentoo maintainer, and now it has a security issue :
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108072
If nobody steps up to maintain and fix it, it will be masked in 48 hours
prior to complete removal from Portage.

Hello,
I am quite new to gentoo, but i can try to maintain and fix it, I know a
little bit of perl, and I think it is a little task i can handle.

We have a few apps like this maintained by media-optical, since the
upstream is dead my advice is to remove it.
