[gentoo-dev] New Gentoo/FreeBSD leader

[Otavio R. Piske "AngusYoung"]

As some of you may already noticed, my participation in the g/fbsd has
dropped a lot. A few months ago I started a post-graduation course and
along with a huge amount of work at my job, my free time has shrank a
lot.
So, I would like to welcome the new Gentoo/FBSD leader: spb (Stephen
Bennett). 

I'll still continue helping the development g/fbsd as well as
maintaining the others ebuilds I had put in portage tree, though at a
slower pace.
