When I try to emerge bbkeys, it is trying to download the source from:
ftp://ftp.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distfiles/bbkeys-0.8.2.tar.gz
The .ebuild is not calling for this at all? What would cause it to try
and go to that URL?
I am running portage 1.6.7 on an rc5 install.

Portage has a list of general mirrors, defaulting to this dir on ibiblio.org
where it will try to search for mirrors of all files being fetched.
This list is found in /etc/make.defaults and possibly set/overriden in
/etc/make.conf. The setting is GENTOO_MIRRORS.
The ebuild may not reference this exact address, but it should reference the
same file on a different server.
