[gentoo-dev] New Herd: net-fs

Hi all -
I would like to create a new herd for net-fs. Currently, packages such
as samba, netatalk, openafs, etc are no-herd. Since they all live
happily in the same category, why not marry them into a herd (as
polygamistic as that sounds).
