What is the purpose of this list as compared to the gentoo-user? I have noticed alot of people posting merging problems and so forth that, as I see it, are not related to developement. I am fairly new here, so maybe I have misunderstood something. If I havn't, should perhaps the welcoming message to the list include a header on the purpose of the list?
