I did file a bug report for the gentoo-sources-r2, they are simply broken in my
system.. with my config..
tcp/ip packets with negative rtts is a very bad sign.
check: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18508
my bet? broken scheduler.. .but its just a bet.
oh.. and btw... removing the ingo scheduler from the kernel was VERY BAD MOVE..
a scheduler that improves process performance at about 400% in smp systems
heavily loaded gets removed????
gentoo-sources are simply a sum of patches... and that is not the way to go.
performance kernels .. I would go with con kolivas, or aa .. at this moment.
