How about the idea to have a gpg.gentoo.org server? It is normally a
pain to find the keys even for @gentoo.org users.
Having a central server where all @gentoo.org keys could be found would
be great. Even better was a keyserver with photo support and stuff.

One of the advantages of this is that it will make much easyer to create
a chain of trust on the keys....

This is just a tought of mine, i dont have now the resources to install
this right now. But i can see how to setup such a server and then give
the details to someone that can host this.

Or you could just put your key on www.keyserver.net . . .

I think that's the point though. Half of us devs have our keys in pgp.mit.edu, not keyserver.net - I know, export it there to, but you a centrap repository isn't a bad idea

They do. I get allmost all the keys from my local keyserver (from the
university network in the Netherlands)

The problem is that many servers do not work ok with some features
(multiple ID's, photo's).
Having a gentoo server that would support these advanced features but
would be connected to the other keyservers would be a good idea.

think you should simply use one that supports those features
