I received a python traceback when trying to run
bootstrap.sh during an install. Sorry I don't have
the traceback, but I really wanted to install
badly so I just "solved" the problem. The essence:
....
portage.py domask (line 2464)
portage.py zap
zap couldn't split argument on "/" because it was
an empty string.
The error occurred when portage tried to zap
"kdebase-3.1_rc1".
The closest ebuild available seemed to be
kdebase-3.1_rc2-rc1.ebuild. I copied this file
to the one that was missing and bootstrap worked.
Hopefully someone who knows/cares will know what
the problem is?
