The fastest way to contact gentoo developpers is the #gentoo irc channel
on OPN. This mailing list is a good place too... If you have some
ideas/suggestions feel free to ask here. However, if you feel you found a
bug/a missing feature, you can try to use bugzilla : http://bugs.gentoo.org/
and post your problem there..

Hi, well there is an IRC channel, the server is irc.openprojects.net 
 join #gentoo
and #gentoo-dev as well.

An italian gentoo site would be cool (I'm italian either).

Doh, I've just checked....  You can't ethically do that :) Please switch 
to something that is not M$, as soon as possible :)
