Date: Sun Feb 18 15:12:02 2001 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <381928246.982534294876.JavaMail.root@web129-mc> (raw)
Hm Is the MAKEDEV script (that is provided with gentoo) broken? When i try
to do a
# MAKEDEV generic-i386
I just get a bunch of errors saying something like:
"MAKEDEV: major_xx/xx=x: No such file or directory"
Is this 'cause of something I have done (which i strongly doubt) or is the
script broken, or is it something else?
Same thing for anyone else?
Comments and suggestsion apretiated.
