Silly question:  which patches are included in the patch bzball?  I quickly
skimmed the patch, but it's a big file.  The ebuild only writes:

# INCLUDED:
#   2.4.16, plus:
#   2.4.17-pre4 (aka "2.4.16-pre4") openmosix

Which doesn't help me much ;)
