Hi !
I have a question about the update functionality in portage.
I have merged kde ( "emerge kde" ). "kde-base/kde" is listed in my world
favorites.
If one of the libraries that kde depends on are updated,
shouldn't "emerge --update world" update the library ???
Here a real example:
"kde" depend on "kdemultimedia"
"kdemultimedia" depend on "esound"
On portage is a new version of esound.
( installed 0.2.24, available 0.2.25 )
"emerge --update world" shows nothing.....
Is this ok ?
