Possibly this is already being done through bugzilla, but...... It would be good if there was a publically accessible place to submit requests for ebuilds. The requester could list the package name, the homepage, and a brief description of what the package is. Newbie ebuilders like myself could then browse through the list looking for packages that interest us and then have a go at writing the ebuild. This could be done through bugzilla, but I think that having to create an account scares some people off. If it were on the website, some of as a wiki, it would be trivial to enter requests and browse for fresh meat. Might help add ebuilds to the growing collection..... Cheers, Sean
