Isn't it just part of util-linux? The HOMEPAGE link makes me think so,
and my system has /bin/more which is owned by util-linux, which is
part of @system. Seems silly to have a separate package for it in the
tree on those grounds alone.

It is/was intended for FreeBSD where there is no util-linux.
"No major keywords" in the mask comment is a little misleading.
